Fees

The fees for the conference are:

$495 Standard rate
$295 Academic rate*
$195 Student rate*

The fees for the NKS minicourse by the Wolfram Science Group are:

$150 Standard rate
$100 Academic rate*
$50 Student rate*

Fees include the opening reception, as well as morning and afternoon meals and snacks during the conference.

* Students should be prepared to show proof of full-time enrollment at an accredited school or university. To qualify for the academic rates, proof of a valid email address from an accredited institution will suffice.


Travel

Burlington International Airport (BTV) is located 3.5 miles from campus. Major airlines include American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United, and USAirways. Direct flights are available from New York and most other major airports on JetBlue.

Burlington is served by Vermont Transit Lines bus service. Amtrak travels to Essex Junction, just 15 minutes from campus.

From New York City, New York: 290 miles
From Albany, New York: 145 miles


Accommodations

Conference fees do not include hotel accommodations.

Housing is available in on-campus resident dormitories for Thursday, July 12 through Monday, July 16, 2007, for an additional fee. Room packages range between $70 and $240. You can reserve a room when registering for the conference.
Note: Arrangements should be made by May 1 for campus housing.

Computer Connectivity

The main conference locations will be equipped with access to a complimentary 802.11b wireless network. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops and network cards for use during the conference. A computer email lab will also be provided.
