Fees include the opening reception, as well as morning and afternoon meals and snacks during the regular conference schedule.

* Students should be prepared to show proof of full-time enrollment at an accredited school or university. To qualify for the academic rate, proof of a valid email address from an acredited institution will suffice.


Hotel Accommodations

Conference fees do not include hotel accommodations.

The Westin Waltham-Boston is offering a discounted rate of $125 per night to conference attendees on rooms reserved by April 1, 2004. To receive this discount, be sure to call the hotel directly at 781-290-5600 and to mention NKS 2004 when reserving a room. Reservations can also be made online using the attendee password 7F2A6.

Computer Connectivity

The main conference locations will be equipped with access to a complimentary 802.11b wireless network. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops (and network cards) for use during the conference. A computer email lab will also be provided.

High-speed internet access is available in the guest rooms of The Westin Waltham-Boston.
